4. Liability:Â C4D Limited is not liable for any losses incurred due to miss-use of our systems beyond the scope of provided security measures or services provided.
5. Fees: All fees are billed monthly and are subject to change based on transaction volume and service updates. Rolling reserves are applied. We must have an accurate summary of successful API calls per month.Â
6. Termination:Â Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.
7. Support:Â Our support team is available 24/7 for all card processing-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous service. Fair usage policy applies.Â
8. Delivery of goods: All goods are delivered immediately upon receipt, or upon instructions to commence services listed above.Â
9. Full T&C’s can be found at the bottom of the site. C4D technology is not a payment service provider (PSP) or an acquiring service, nor do we offer processing merchant accounts. Instead C4D technology is a SaaS (software as a service) company that empowers businesses to leverage a single API that handles all there development and payment methods and providers integrated within the C4D technology ecosystem.
